Don’t run on your heels for a fly ball. If you do, your head will bounce and you will see 3 or 4 baseballs & not 1. Run on the balls of your feet.

I was taught about this tip early in my baseball career and it does need to be taught. The baseball seems like it is bouncing in mid-air if you are not light on your feet. The best way to be light is to run on the balls of your feet.
