BASEBALL RULE ON CATCH NEAR DEAD BALL AREA

If player makes a catch near a dead ball area with 1 foot completely in the dead ball area and the other foot ON the dead ball line marker, it IS a catch. He’s out! Test other players and coaches with this one. Show everyone how well-schooled in baseball you are!
