Remember, baseball pitching is like geography. It’s north and south & NOT east and west! (No rocking left and right or your foundation may get ruined.) Some great pitchers actually visualize an imaginary line going from second base to the plate and try to stay in line with that. Occasionally, you will find an MLB pitcher who is a “rocker.” But until you reach that level, keep it north and south!
