BASEBALL PITCHING: IMPROVING YOUR CONTROL

Way, way back when I was 10 years old, I had pinpoint control. If I walked 2 in 6 innings it was a lot. Was I something special? Heck no! But I threw the ball 5 times per week and ALWAYS shot for a specific target. Shot for left shoulder, right shoulder, left or right hip, etc. EVERY time I threw the baseball.
