BALANCING ACT PITCHING DRILL – ARE YOU BALANCED AND IN CONTROL?

Baseball-Tutorials.com – The balancing act pitching drill is a very simple drill that forces pitchers to develop a sense of balance during the kick. Pitchers should move through their routine and stop when they get to the kick, holding that position for five seconds.
